Urban system study of the region as regards the configuration of urban space and its relationship to the microclimate. Realization flow measures of matter, energy and time that characterize the dynamics of moisture and energy exchange in these ecosystems.

Study ecosystems in the region referred to microclimatic aspects and ecology. Conducting material flow measures , energy and time that characterize the dynamics of gas exchange , nutrients and energy between these ecosystems and the atmosphere. Study of ecological aspects such as physiological ecology , nutrient dynamics , production and decomposition of organic matter , which influence the biosphere -atmosphere interaction . Study of Thermodynamic aspects and fisiodinâmicos regulating the processes of energy flows and matter. Analysis of temporal patterns of high and low frequency , related to the natural dynamics of ecosystems , and the possible changes due to anthropogenic influence. Modeling of ecophysiological processes and dynamic changes taking into account aspects of self-regulation, self-organization, natural forcings , non-linear processes and parameters Allometric .
